Key Responsibilities

• Research and document medical claim information from insurance companies and gather third-party information
• Collect, review, and provide supporting documents for subrogation demands and litigation
• Oversee claim files with subrogation potential and collaborate with legal counsel and vendors

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the health insurance industry or related fields
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required
• Familiarity with HIPAA privacy and security rules preferred
