Subrogation Investigation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subrogation Investigation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and document medical claims, gathering information from insurance companies, attorneys, and other parties
• Negotiate payment arrangements and ensure compliance with federal and state laws
• Handle inbound and outbound communications to obtain accident details and update internal systems accordingly

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of experience in health insurance, medical claims, or customer service
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to work independently
• Working knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security rules preferred
