A company is looking for a Subrogation Investigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and validate potential subrogation cases through incoming communications and documentation
• Analyze information to determine possible subrogation recovery and manage case data accurately
• Educate members and internal staff on subrogation processes and support escalated case investigations

Required Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience in medical insurance or investigation processes
• Intermediate computer literacy, including experience with word processing and spreadsheets
• Ability to manage complex case-file investigations and prioritize tasks effectively
• Critical thinking skills to analyze cases and provide recommendations
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
