Subrogation Litigation Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Subrogation Litigation Specialist will manage case preparation by researching and preparing documents, briefs, and other trial-related materials while ensuring client confidentiality and advising on legal strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Uphold strict client confidentiality protocols and provide information on litigation viability
• Retain counsel upon client request and monitor attorneys to ensure aggressive pursuit of damages
• Prepare demands, verify balances, and ensure timely remittance of funds collected by attorneys

Required qualifications

• Preferred knowledge of the civil legal process and/or commercial collections
• Must have Salesforce expertise
• Demonstrated understanding of the urgency required to maximize recoveries
• Good computer skills with strong customer service experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse set of personalities
