Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subrogation Recovery Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing cases involving health plan reimbursement from various liable parties
• Negotiating with attorneys, insurance adjusters, and health providers
• Applying knowledge of state and federal laws related to healthcare recovery rights

Required Qualifications:

• Availability to work Monday through Friday during standard business hours
• Experience in negotiating and making quick decisions
• Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume environment
• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certification/studies preferred
• Experience with subrogation/lien resolution desired
