Subrogation Recovery Representative

Job Summary

Handling a desk of subrogation claims, the full-time Recovery Representative II will identify, investigate, and negotiate recoveries for amounts owed to the company while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews first-party claims to evaluate subrogation potential and coordinates investigations
• Pursues recovery from responsible parties and manages legal disputes with subrogation attorneys as necessary
• Handles deductible collections by verifying amounts owed, initiating demands, and tracking recovery efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 to 2 years of related work experience
• Basic math skills and computer literacy
• Knowledge of claim investigation practices and legal principles related to subrogation
• Experience in liability and/or subrogation claim handling is preferred
