Subrogation Recovery Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subrogation Recovery Specialist responsible for analyzing and recovering funds related to accidents, injuries, or illnesses caused by third parties.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a variety of cases with accurate documentation from creation to recovery
• Prepare correspondence, liens, claims, and other documents to facilitate case recovery
• Negotiate settlement amounts and process claim disputes while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a legal or insurance setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Working knowledge of the subrogation industry and HIPAA privacy rules
• Ability to analyze information and manage multiple tasks under deadlines
