Subrogation Recovery Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subrogation Recovery Specialist who will analyze and recover funds related to accidents, injuries, or illnesses caused by third parties.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate case documentation from creation to recovery
• Negotiate settlement amounts and process claim disputes with various stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and government security requirements while preparing necessary documentation

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a legal or insurance setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required
• Working knowledge of the subrogation industry and HIPAA privacy rules
• Ability to analyze information logically and work independently to meet objectives
