Subrogation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UM Subrogation Specialist to manage collections and resolve outstanding balances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with businesses to collect outstanding balances and provide necessary documentation
• Negotiate claims' resolutions with insurance carriers and responsible parties
• Prepare investigative correspondence and acquire background information as needed

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in third-party collections and/or subrogation
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and negotiate settlements
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
• Dependable with a goal-oriented mindset
• Customer service experience is required
