Subrogation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subrogation Specialist to manage day-to-day subrogation activities and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all subrogation workflows with third-party vendors
• Monitor vendor performance, ensuring timely demands, negotiations, and documentation
• Identify process improvement opportunities and maintain subrogation reporting metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in claims, subrogation, operations, or a related field
• Two to four years of experience in subrogation or similar claims work
• Strong understanding of liability, comparative negligence, and recovery principles
• Experience working with external subrogation partners is preferred
• Highly organized with strong follow-through capabilities
