Subrogation Specialist

Job Summary

Processing a paperless health insurance subrogation caseload, the full-time Subrogation Specialist will investigate and develop case facts, place outbound calls, and coordinate recovery efforts in compliance with policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and identify subrogation opportunities by gathering necessary information and sources of recovery
• Organize investigations and maintain detailed records while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively across departments to maximize recovery efforts

Required qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED with at least one year of relevant experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, along with internet research skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
• Experience in a standard office environment, including operating standard office equipment
