Subrogation Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Subrogation Specialist will manage the collection of outstanding balances, coordinate the resolution of disputed invoices, and escalate high-risk customer accounts as necessary.

Key responsibilities:

• Communicate with businesses through phone and written correspondence to gather information and negotiate resolutions
• Maintain minimum account work standards and perform activities to obtain reliable contact information
• Prepare investigative correspondence and establish agreements for lien releases and monthly payment contracts

Required qualifications:

• 1 year of third-party collections and/or subrogation experience
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills, particularly in Excel
• Ability to negotiate settlements and exercise independent judgment
• Customer service experience is required
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
