Subrogation Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Subrogation Specialist will manage the collection of outstanding balances, provide necessary documentation, and coordinate the resolution of disputed invoices.

Key responsibilities:

• Communicate with businesses through phone and written correspondence to gather reliable contact information
• Negotiate claims' resolutions with insurance carriers, attorneys, and responsible parties
• Prepare investigative correspondence and establish agreements for lien releases and monthly payment contracts

Required qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in 3rd party collections and/or subrogation
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and strong computer skills
• Ability to negotiate settlements and exercise independent judgment
• Customer service experience is required
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
