Subrogation Specialist

Job Summary

Working full-time, the Subrogation Specialist will process a paperless health insurance subrogation caseload by investigating case facts, making outbound calls, and coordinating recovery efforts with the subrogation team.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and develop subrogation case facts and potential sources of recovery
• Place parties of interest on notice and maintain detailed records of communications
• Collaborate with team members to maximize recovery in compliance with policies and regulations

Required qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED with at least one year of relevant experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, along with internet research skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Required licensures or professional certifications as applicable
• Experience in a standard office environment with proficiency in operating office equipment
