Subrogation Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Subrogation Specialist will manage follow-up communications with policyholders and responsible parties to resolve claims and secure payments through phone calls and emails.

Key responsibilities:

• Communicate and negotiate with responsible parties, attorneys, and insurance carriers to resolve claims
• Locate contact information for responsible parties using skip tracing and internet searches
• Manage a high volume of inventory with consistent follow-up and maintain account work standards

Required qualifications:

• Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Computer skills with the ability to type at least 45 words per minute
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent telephone communication abilities
• Experience in collections or customer service is preferred but not required
