Subrogation Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subrogation Supervisor who will oversee the Legal department and support the litigation process for subrogation claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and engage a remote team through communication, coaching, and performance monitoring
• Oversee the national attorney network and collection vendor, serving as the primary liaison for claim questions
• Perform additional duties as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years' experience in the insurance industry
• Previous supervisory experience
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
• Must maintain adequate home Internet bandwidth as required
