Job Summary
Working remotely, the part-time Subrogation Support Specialist will manage inbound calls, initiate new files, and identify potential subrogation claims while providing professional customer service during designated hours of 9a-6p, 10a-7p, or 11a-8p EST.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound ACD calls and provide prompt customer service to members and insurance companies
- Create new claim files with accurate and complete information
- Access client systems to gather information and review claim data efficiently
Required qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience in health insurance or related fields preferred
- Fluent in Spanish and English with professional communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills
