Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time Subrogation Support Specialist will manage inbound calls, initiate new files, and identify potential subrogation claims while providing professional customer service during designated hours of 9a-6p, 10a-7p, or 11a-8p EST.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound ACD calls and provide prompt customer service to members and insurance companies
  • Create new claim files with accurate and complete information
  • Access client systems to gather information and review claim data efficiently
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience in health insurance or related fields preferred
  • Fluent in Spanish and English with professional communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills
