Subrogation Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead Subrogation Senior Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Subrogation Investigation or Recovery Specialists to meet productivity and quality standards
• Conduct performance management, including hiring, training, and coaching team members
• Ensure compliance with departmental budgets and adherence to HIPAA and government security requirements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of related experience in subrogation, healthcare billing, or medical claims
• 3+ years of experience in a legal office preferred; paralegal or legal assistant experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required
• Working knowledge of the subrogation industry and HIPAA privacy and security rules
