Job Summary

Driving the next phase of subscription growth, the full-time remote Subscription Growth Manager will own the user journey from acquisition to retention, collaborating with editorial and product teams to enhance subscriber engagement and reporting on key metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the user journey to drive paid subscription conversions
• Develop and implement lifecycle communications, including welcome and retention series
• Track and report on core subscription metrics, translating data into actionable insights

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a consumer subscription business, preferably in media
• Strong understanding of subscription funnel economics and growth marketing strategies
• Familiarity with membership and CRM tools
• Proficient writing skills with the ability to match brand voice and craft persuasive copy
• Data-informed mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and apply insights effectively
