A company is looking for a Subscription Operations Specialist (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage subscription setup, changes, cancellations, and ensure invoice accuracy
• Monitor billing inquiries and resolve customer-related billing issues
• Collaborate with the Head of FP&A to enhance reporting processes and analyze financial trends

Required Qualifications

• Background in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 2 - 4 years of experience in the field
• Experience in a SaaS environment and with Subscription Management Systems
• Strong understanding of financial principles and financial statement analysis
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using tools like Excel
