Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subscription Renewals Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the renewal sales cycle
  • Assess customer environments and present multi-year subscription renewal options
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities during renewal discussions
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in renewal sales or inside sales
  • Experience working with SaaS/software customers
  • Proven ability to drive high transaction volumes and increase sales revenue
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is highly preferred
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) at a professional business level
