Job Summary
A company is looking for a Subscription Renewals Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the renewal sales cycle
- Assess customer environments and present multi-year subscription renewal options
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities during renewal discussions
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in renewal sales or inside sales
- Experience working with SaaS/software customers
- Proven ability to drive high transaction volumes and increase sales revenue
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is highly preferred
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) at a professional business level
