Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subscription Renewals Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain communication with customers throughout the renewal sales cycle to reinforce value and satisfaction
  • Assess customer environments and present multi-year subscription renewal options
  • Support Subscription Renewal Representatives and collaborate cross-functionally for renewal and expansion execution
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in renewal sales or inside sales
  • Proven ability to drive high transaction volumes and increase sales revenue
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is highly preferred
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) at a professional business level
  • Exposure to sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message is a plus
