Job Summary
A company is looking for a Subscription Renewals Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the renewal sales cycle to reinforce value and satisfaction
- Assess customer environments and present multi-year subscription renewal options
- Support Subscription Renewal Representatives and collaborate cross-functionally for renewal and expansion execution
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in renewal sales or inside sales
- Proven ability to drive high transaction volumes and increase sales revenue
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is highly preferred
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) at a professional business level
- Exposure to sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message is a plus
