Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP of Subscription, Retention & CX.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale the post-purchase experience to maximize subscriber lifetime value
- Redesign the customer journey to improve retention and engagement
- Drive subscriber revenue growth through cross-sells, upsells, and improved product strategies
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading retention or lifecycle strategy in a DTC subscription business with 300K+ subscribers
- Deep understanding of retention curves, churn drivers, and LTV modeling
- Experience improving save rates and subscriber tenure
- Strong experimentation mindset across lifecycle and customer experience
- Ability to connect customer behavior to business outcomes
