Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Subscription, Retention & CX.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and scale the post-purchase experience to maximize subscriber lifetime value
  • Redesign the customer journey to improve retention and engagement
  • Drive subscriber revenue growth through cross-sells, upsells, and improved product strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Experience leading retention or lifecycle strategy in a DTC subscription business with 300K+ subscribers
  • Deep understanding of retention curves, churn drivers, and LTV modeling
  • Experience improving save rates and subscriber tenure
  • Strong experimentation mindset across lifecycle and customer experience
  • Ability to connect customer behavior to business outcomes
