Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Subscription Specialist will manage customer inquiries, resolve escalated issues, and retain clients by effectively communicating the value of subscription services.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist with resolving escalated customer inquiries related to subscriptions to retain business
  • Present appropriate save offers while defending the value of the subscription program
  • Manually renew subscriptions identified as Do Not Auto Renew and communicate updates to stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in client retention and cancellation mitigation
  • Minimum of 1 year managing high volume queue-based work
  • Strong background in handling requests through phone and email
  • Tech-savviness with the ability to troubleshoot issues
  • Organizational skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
