Job Summary
To support a growing subscription-based technology program, the part-time Subscription Support Coordinator will provide technical and operational support related to licensing, device activations, and subscription services while ensuring a seamless customer experience in a fully remote role.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for subscription licensing, device activations, and entitlement management
- Serve as the first point of contact for Tier 2 support requests related to licensing and subscription services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex subscription issues and improve service delivery
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-1+ years of experience in technical licensing or subscription services support
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative approach to support
