Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subscription Winback Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative win-back strategies and campaigns to re-engage former members
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of cancellation reasons and lifecycle patterns to identify opportunities for win-back efforts
  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel win-back campaigns, including email, SMS, and in-app notifications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer retention, churn reduction, or related roles
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful win-back campaigns through CRM communications
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
