Job Summary
Leading innovative engineering efforts, the full-time Subsea Program Engineer will manage the design, development, and integration of subsea systems while collaborating with a multidisciplinary project team to support critical defense and national security missions.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the design and integration of subsea elements across the program lifecycle, ensuring alignment with requirements and milestones
- Serve as the primary authority for subsea architecture and system integration, leading design reviews and technical decision-making processes
- Mentor junior employees and manage subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration and interoperability among systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including work with ROVs, subsea tooling, and sensor integration
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex engineering projects
- Experience contributing to the successful capture of competitive U.S. DoD contracts
- Strong analytical skills and ability to establish collaborative working relationships with stakeholders
