Job Summary
Leading the coordination and implementation of navigation-focused programming, the full-time Navigation and Education Manager will manage training activities and develop educational resources for substance use navigators while working remotely with occasional travel for meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and management of national training and technical assistance activities related to substance use navigation
- Develop and improve training curricula and educational resources for various audiences across the substance use and crisis care continuum
- Manage project implementation, including workplans, timelines, and deliverable trackers to ensure timely completion of activities
Required qualifications
- Five years of work experience, including one year as a Substance Use Navigator or in a relevant position in a low-barrier treatment setting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (high school diploma with four years or associate's degree with two years of relevant experience)
- Expertise in substance use navigation, overdose prevention, and behavioral health
- Strong training and presentation skills with experience developing training materials
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
