Job Summary

To support the National Bridge program, the part-time Navigator Education Manager will manage the development of substance use navigation educational programming and provide training and technical assistance to the workforce, working remotely for 10 hours per week.

Key responsibilities
  • Participate in the development of training and educational activities for the substance use navigation workforce
  • Advance the development of an SUD crisis response curriculum in collaboration with the National Bridge team
  • Provide peer mentorship and support to navigation staff involved in National Bridge programming
Required qualifications
  • Five years of work experience, including one year as a Substance Use Navigator in a relevant setting
  • Bachelor's degree, or high school diploma with four years of additional experience, or associate's degree with two years of additional experience
  • Expertise in overdose prevention, substance use treatment, and community outreach
  • Strong training and presentation skills with experience facilitating group discussions
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
