Job Summary

A company is looking for a Substation Design Engineer III - Renewable Energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop substation design packages for renewable energy projects, including diagrams and schematics
• Translate client documentation into actionable engineering deliverables and adapt designs in fast-paced environments
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and review subconsultant deliverables for accuracy and quality

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or greater in a related engineering discipline
• 5+ years of relevant substation design experience
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for production-level drawing development
• Working knowledge of high-voltage substation equipment and layouts
• Ability to interpret client documents and evaluate standard approaches for non-routine assignments
