Job Summary

A company is looking for a Substation Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and modify electrical layout and foundation plan drawings for substations
Create section/elevation views and conduit layout drawings
Collaborate with other disciplines and assist in developing processes to enhance team efficiency

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma with 3+ years of substation physical electrical design experience using CAD software
Solid understanding of design software such as MicroStation and AutoCAD
Experience with Windows-based software like Word and Excel
Ability to learn and utilize new design software programs effectively
Advanced skills in utilizing 2D and 3D applications for engineering drawings
