Substation Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Substation Protection & Control Designer for a remote work position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop substation design packages and electrical protection & control design deliverables
• Provide technical support to clients and assist in project estimates and proposals
• Mentor less-experienced design team members and ensure quality of design drawings

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Experience level varies from 1+ years to 10+ years depending on position level
• Drafting experience with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation
• Proficiency with NESC, IEEE, and relevant codes and standards
• Ability to create and modify drawings with high accuracy
