Job Summary

A company is looking for a Substation Drafter to create drafting design packages for electric power substations.

Key Responsibilities

Complete drafting assignments for Protection & Control, SCADA, and Communications drawings
Draft Physical Electrical drawings including General Arrangement and Electrical Plans
Support remote office CAD workload as needed and coordinate with other CAD leads

Required Qualifications

High school education or equivalent
1+ year of relevant drafting and detailing experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD
Knowledge of drafting principles, techniques, and procedures
Ability to create and modify drawings from engineer-provided markups
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
