Job Summary

A company is looking for a Substitute Foreign Language Instructor.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual language instruction to enhance proficiency in Listening, Reading, and Speaking
• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials based on designated Program of Instruction (POI)
• Maintain a positive virtual learning environment and collaborate with site leads to address curriculum gaps

Required Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen
• Educated native speaker or near-native capability in the foreign language with ILR 3/3/3 or equivalent
• Experience in virtual foreign language instruction
• Understanding of the cultural, social, and political context of the foreign language region
• Access to necessary technology including a computer, webcam, headset, and high-speed internet
