Achieve offers an elearning alternative, helping our customers test out of college credits in less time and for less money through credit-by-exam programs. Essentially, Achieve helps our customers bypass all of the busywork associated with taking traditional college courses, by instead equipping them with the knowledge needed to pass a single test-out exam. While our credit-by-exam programs can shorten the path to a degree at most colleges, the field where we have the greatest impact is the nursing profession.

About the role:
We are currently seeking Substitute Instructors who are motivational, flexible, dependable, and professional to teach our customers in Humanities, Social Science, Nursing, and Math on an as-needed basis in the event that our primary Instructor is unavailable. Our suitable candidate must be available to work as a substitute instructor in the eLearning department when we call them on short notice.
Candidates will be informed of the schedules for the courses they would be teaching in order to make themselves available at those times. As a Substitute Instructor at Achieve, you will be given at least one week to go through the course materials and get ready to teach the course in the event that we call on you.
Compensation: Up to $22 USD per hour (depending on location)

Qualifications:
Candidates must possess at least an undergraduate degree, a graduate degree would give more advantage.
Experience:
Three years or more of classroom teaching experience with one year of online teaching experience desired
Our suitable candidates must be:
-Able to speak and write fluently in English
-Our candidate must have a clear accent that makes understanding them easy.
-Candidates must also be knowledgeable in the courses they intend to teach and be able to help our customers understand them.
