Substitute Leadership Coach

Job Summary

To support a growing initiative, the part-time Substitute Leadership Coach will facilitate virtual Accelerator Learning Labs for college students, working remotely and primarily during evenings and weekends, while preparing and attending training sessions to effectively engage with Fellows.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual Accelerator Learning Labs as a substitute for absent Leadership Coaches
• Prepare for classes by collaborating with the Braven team and practicing independently
• Attend all required training sessions to gain the necessary skills for effective facilitation

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in teaching, facilitation, and/or public speaking
• Familiarity with Zoom and virtual facilitation
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Commitment to equity and inclusion
• Experience that aligns with Braven's mission and values
