Job Summary
A company is looking for a Success Account Manager for Kentucky and West Virginia locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the post-sales lifecycle
- Develop and implement plans to address customer business objectives and ensure success
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders to drive product adoption and success
Required Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of customer advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales support or related functions
- Must be located in the Bluegrass Region (Kentucky or West Virginia)
- Experience managing support representatives in a call center and delivering software solutions to customers
- Strong technical skills to guide customers through technical processes
- Experience in enterprise solution sales and ability to identify upsell opportunities preferred
