Job Summary

A company is looking for a Success Account Manager for Kentucky and West Virginia locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the post-sales lifecycle
  • Develop and implement plans to address customer business objectives and ensure success
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders to drive product adoption and success

Required Qualifications:
  • 5-10+ years of customer advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales support or related functions
  • Must be located in the Bluegrass Region (Kentucky or West Virginia)
  • Experience managing support representatives in a call center and delivering software solutions to customers
  • Strong technical skills to guide customers through technical processes
  • Experience in enterprise solution sales and ability to identify upsell opportunities preferred
