Success Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Success Architect to provide architecture and design, use case development, and solution implementation advice for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide architecture and design along with use case development and solution implementation advice
• Interact closely with Professional Services and Product/Engineering teams for solution recommendations
• Serve as a technical coach and advisor to customers and colleagues throughout the post-sales engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering/Technology
• 10+ years of experience with Informatica products, particularly in Business 360 journey
• Expert-level knowledge of Informatica MDM with multiple project implementations
• Experience in a Pre-sales or Post-sales consulting role, preferably in Enterprise software solutions
• Proven technical knowledge of deploying Cloud and on-premise software solutions and architectures
