Success Architect - Informatica MDM
Job Summary
Providing architecture and design guidance, the full-time remote Success Architect - Informatica MDM will develop use cases and implement solutions while collaborating with Customer Success Managers and Professional Services teams.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver architecture and design, use case development, and solution implementation advice to customers
- Serve as a technical coach to colleagues and respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product features
- Prepare and present differentiated solution presentations and publish technical documentation and case studies
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with Informatica products, particularly in Master Data Management
- Expert-level knowledge of Informatica MDM and multiple project implementation experience
- Experience in a Pre-sales or Post-sales consulting role, preferably in Enterprise software solutions
- Proven technical knowledge of deploying Cloud and on-premise software solutions
- Expert-level database skills in at least one major database system (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server)
