Success Architect - Portuguese Speaking

Job Summary

Fluent in Portuguese, the full-time remote Success Architect - Agentforce/Data Cloud will engage with strategic customers to optimize technical architecture and performance, serving as a subject-matter expert in data and analytics while driving successful outcomes for client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted expert on Agentforce and Data Cloud, guiding customers on optimization strategies
• Evaluate and recommend improvements for technical architecture and solution design tailored to client needs
• Facilitate discussions with executive stakeholders to align technology strategies with business value and ROI

Required qualifications

• Fluency in Portuguese (aural and written)
• Experience leading at least two full-lifecycle implementations of enterprise Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
• Strong understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance best practices
• Ability to translate technical concepts into tangible business value for customers
• Degree or equivalent experience required, with evaluation based on relevant strengths and experiences
