Job Summary

A company is looking for a Success Architect, Service Cloud/Field Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of product and roadmap, engaging with stakeholders to develop feedback and strategic readiness plans
• Develop expertise for new product introductions and document best practices for Cloud Success teams
• Collaborate with Cloud Success teams to create a strategic approach that supports overall customer success

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Product Management in the SaaS industry
• Hands-on experience with Service or Field Service products and understanding of customer use cases
• Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across different functions
• Ability to develop enablement materials and deliver training to diverse audiences
• Experience in consulting or with relevant product experience is a plus
