Job Summary
A company is looking for a Success Coach (Business Growth) to guide and support clients in their journey as commodity brokers.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and provide structured guidance through educational and software resources
- Facilitate regular coaching sessions to ensure client progress and accountability
- Identify client roadblocks and coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues
Required Qualifications
- Experience in coaching, consulting, or client success roles, preferably in results-driven programs
- Exposure to commodities, oil trading, or B2B sales environments is preferred
- Familiarity with online education platforms and community-based coaching
- Financial or trading literacy is a plus
- Available full-time (40-50 hours/week) with a commitment to ongoing learning
