Job Summary
A company is looking for a Success Coach for their Advising and Enrollment department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coach students from enrollment to program completion through proactive service and outreach
- Prepare students for academic success by guiding them in academic planning and course selection
- Connect students to resources, provide comprehensive responses to inquiries, and contribute to student growth targets
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 1 year of relevant customer service experience with heavy phone volume
- Experience in admissions, advising, or enrollment management preferred
- Familiarity with CRM or call center applications preferred
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus
