• Provide emotional support and material resources to program participants
• Develop trust-based relationships with a high volume of program participants

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working with high-risk populations in a related-relationship management position
• Empathy in all circumstances and a passion for helping others
• Tech savvy or demonstrated quick learner of technology
• Self-directed and flexible
• High-speed internet and experience working remotely
