Job Summary

To support student success, the part-time 1099 Success Coach will provide guidance and mentorship to students, assisting with academic planning, goal setting, and resource navigation in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized success coaching to undergraduate, graduate, and alumni students
• Collaborate with students to develop SMART goals and sustainable strategies tailored to their unique needs
• Document coaching sessions in accordance with legal and clinical requirements while adhering to established policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university
• 3+ years of experience providing student support services
• Experience in student success coaching, including time management and career readiness
• Access to a computer with a webcam, a smartphone, and a stable internet connection
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse communities
