Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Success Coaching (Video).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Student Success Coaches, ensuring high standards of coaching quality and accountability
• Deliver high-touch coaching to a flexible student caseload, utilizing learner data to guide interactions
• Identify and implement improvements in workflows and coaching strategies to enhance learner outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in student success or related learner-facing roles
• Proven experience in live video coaching focused on student outcomes
• 1+ years of leadership experience preferred
• Ability to leverage data to guide coaching decisions and team priorities
• Understanding of adult learning principles; teaching or counseling experience is a plus
