A company is looking for a Supervisor, Success Coaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Student Success Coaches, providing feedback and development plans
• Deliver high-touch, reflective coaching to a flexible learner caseload via SMS and email
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in workflows and coaching strategies

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in student success or related roles in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in high-volume asynchronous coaching focused on student outcomes
• 1+ years of leadership experience, including mentoring and managing performance
• Ability to leverage data to guide coaching decisions and team prioritization
• Understanding of adult learning principles; teaching or counseling experience is a plus
