Job Summary

A company is looking for a Success Coordinator to manage student referrals and support service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume student referral processes and ensure timely administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with Customer and Clinical Success teams to address referral-related concerns
  • Organize and maintain resources, while conducting data management tasks related to referrals
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a professional administrative role, preferably with high-value accounts
  • Experience in the education or healthcare industry is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM, G-Suite, Mac, and Microsoft Excel
  • Associate's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute for education
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
