Job Summary
A company is looking for a Success Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of District Partnerships Managers and Onboarding Managers, ensuring accountability and performance optimization
- Own the post-sales lifecycle for district partnerships, focusing on seamless onboarding, product adoption, and multi-year renewals
- Design and optimize onboarding and account management workflows to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation within K-12 SaaS
- 5+ years of experience leading managers or multi-layered teams
- Proven track record in managing customer-facing teams responsible for renewals, expansions, and onboarding
- Strong understanding of key Success KPIs and experience in process improvement and scaling operations
- Expertise in using tools such as Salesforce, Asana, and data dashboards for operational visibility
