Job Summary
Driving growth across China, the full-time remote Success Manager will manage client portfolios, support GBG solutions, and assist in new customer acquisition while reporting to the APAC Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Renew and grow the account portfolio while managing the renewal lifecycle end-to-end
- Provide clear reporting and forecasting of risks and growth opportunities within the portfolio
- Assist Business Development Managers with new business progression and manage a pipeline of deals independently
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in business development and account management
- Experience with data-focused software solutions, particularly in location intelligence and identity
- Strong sales methodology and pipeline management skills
- Sector experience in e-commerce marketplaces and financial services
- Technical proficiency with CRM and analytics tools
