Job Summary

Driving growth across China, the full-time remote Success Manager will manage client portfolios, support GBG solutions, and assist in new customer acquisition while reporting to the APAC Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Renew and grow the account portfolio while managing the renewal lifecycle end-to-end
  • Provide clear reporting and forecasting of risks and growth opportunities within the portfolio
  • Assist Business Development Managers with new business progression and manage a pipeline of deals independently
Required Qualifications
  • Proven track record in business development and account management
  • Experience with data-focused software solutions, particularly in location intelligence and identity
  • Strong sales methodology and pipeline management skills
  • Sector experience in e-commerce marketplaces and financial services
  • Technical proficiency with CRM and analytics tools
